After you have accepted a web design proposal, payment schedules are as follows:

• For website Design proposals: 50% of the project total is due before any work will commence / 50% is due within 30 days after project completion.
• For SEO / SEM projects which last more than 6 months: 50% of the total is due before before work starts / 50% is due within 90 days.
• All invoices are sent as excel spreadsheets, via email. You can easily save the invoice to your hard drive, and print it for your records, using microsoft excel or any similar spreadsheet viewer. Best of all, no waiting for the mailman!

Additional Fees that may apply:

• If I am sending your invoice via postal mail, the first mailing is free and will be sent approximately 30-45 days before the invoice is actually due.
• If you have not made a payment by the due date, I will mail another printed invoice, and a fee of $10.00 will be added to your total to cover the cost of my time, ink, paper, envelope, stamp, and the special trip to the post office just to send your invoice.
• If the invoice is for 3rd party services such as domain names, web hosting, SSL certificates, etc. and you have not paid your invoice, we will not renew them on your behalf unless you have informed us that you definitely want to keep them and have made some kind of payment arrangement.

 Our Rates

For web design and short term work, we do not require a contract of any kind unless you specifically request one. All work is done on an "as needed" basis: you need an update, we do the update, and just bill you for the exact amount of time it took us to do it.

Our web design services aren't going to cost you an arm and a leg either. Most professional web site developers will charge you upwards of $125 an hour for their time, regardless of what type of work you need done.

The following is our base hourly rate schedule. We also offer package prices for new website designs and many other services.

$45/hour for all HTML, DHTML, XHTML, and XML website coding, setting up Google webmaster services, or related tasks.

Search engine marketing and related services (SEO and SEM) can be purchased on a 12 month package basis rather than an hourly basis. 

Internet Consulting services (when you require assistance learning about which web technologies, advertising methods, and marketing venues are correct for your company) is billed at $55/hour. Consulting can take place via Telephone, email, or in person.

Flash movie creation & modification is $65/hour.

Copy Writing and professional Blog posts are on a "per article" basis, or you may purchase a package where we will write several articles per month based on your needs.

Perl/CGI, PHP, MySQL, and other custom programming is billed at $75/hour.
