“No Call, No Show” Missed Appointment / Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24-48 hours in advance. I stop working and travel to the office for meetings. When you no-call, no-show, it interrupts my work day and prevents me from scheduling other things in that time slot. If you fail to show up for a meeting, you will be billed a $35 fee for each missed appointment.
If a client no-call, no-shows more than 3 times, I may not be willing to schedule appointments in person with that client anymore. In that case, you would still be able to schedule telephone or video meetings with me in the future.
If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can offer an alternative time or type of meeting (phone or video), if available.
