Purchase managed web hosting on my dedicated server. You will share a server with less than 100 websites, all of which belong to my clients and me. Dedicated Server web hosting differs greatly from cheap shared web hosting, where you typically share a virtual machine or rack with up to several thousand strangers. Shared hosting is usually very slow, since thousands of other websites may be competing for the same exact CPU and Memory resources that your website needs.

- 2 GB Disk Space on my Secure Backup Drive for your website backups.
- I will install a FREE self-signing SSL certificate to secure your domain.
- I will use my Premium licensed themes and plugins to build your website. My software licenses remain valid as long as your website is hosted on my dedicated server, and I pay the full cost of renewing these licenses each year.
- This hosting package includes Small Business WordPress Management Services
- I will Monitor Your Website’s Uptime 24×7. If your website goes down, I will bring it back up ASAP.
- I will check multiple times each day for updates (WordPress Core, Security, & Plugins.)
- I will apply all updates immediately when available.
- I will test your website after updates & correct any errors or plugin conflicts that arise after updates.
- I will back your website up weekly or fortnightly. Your 2 latest backups are uploaded to my secure drive, external of the server, in case of emergency. If needed, I can restore your website quickly from these backups.
- I will provide updates to your website, up to 2 hours per year.
What is Managed WordPress Hosting?
Purchase WordPress Web Hosting on my dedicated, managed server. Share a lightning fast 8 vCore x 3.6 GHz, 64GB server with my other trusted clients. Fully managed by Jessica from Green Web Design. Less than 100 clients per server. Weekly backups to my Google Drive, so if anything happens to the server, I will always have 3 full backups in an external storage. This will allow me to restore your website quickly if needed. All of my Managed WordPress Web Hosting Packages include a Free Self-Signed SSL certificate to secure your website. Without SSL, your website will not be indexed by search engines, or trusted by visitors.
Managed WordPress web hosting on my private dedicated server also includes the use of all premium plugins and themes I have purchased a bulk license for. Clients may use these premium themes and plugins as long as their website is hosted with Green Web Design. I install them by default when I am creating a new website. If the website is moved away from my dedicated server, my premium licenses will be deactivated, as required by the software creators.
NO custom email is included. If you need custom email services, I can help you set up them up on a 3rd party email hosting package.

I also connect your WordPress website with my WordPress management software. I scan your WordPress website several times per day looking for available WordPress core updates, plugin updates, security issues, and any other problems that may arise. When any updates are found, I apply them immediately. If any known issues are found, I correct them immediately.
I monitor your website’s uptime around the clock, and immediately respond to any security issues, technical issues, service outages, or other problems that may arise throughout the year. This is all included with your Managed WordPress Hosting Package.
Safety & Security
- Installation, Configuration and regular updates to security plugins to keep your WordPress website safe and secure.
- In addition, I pay for licensed premium security software for each server I manage. This software license applies to every website I host on my dedicated servers, without the need for you to buy additional licenses.
- Frequent security scans will be performed on your website throughout the year, both at the website level, and at the server level, and any issues found in these scans will be addressed promptly.
The dedicated server’s operating system, firewall, and other security features are kept up to date by me, and servers are monitored around the clock. I am proactive in finding and fixing any problems. I am the network administrator and have full control of my systems. My servers are in the USA, located in Pennsylvania.
Backups
Your website will be automatically backed up to my external drive weekly. I will restore the latest backup if it is ever needed.
You can email me any time for assistance with your website, and I will usually respond within 24 business hours. You can also call me between 8am and 8pm, and if I’m not already busy with a client, I will pick up. If you reach my voice mail, please leave a messate message, and I will return your call as soon as possible.
